What is Coaching?
Coaching is about helping people change, grow, and increase performance personally and professionally. More formally, coaching is a thought-provoking process wherein the professional coach forms a confidential partnership with you, the client, focusing on helping you clarify and take action toward your goals, vision, and desires. In the coaching process, each client is considered unique, highly resourceful, and the expert of their own life and career. The coach acts as a facilitator and an expert of the coaching process, providing you the structure and support that accelerate your journey toward long-term change, fulfillment, and success.
